Who do u think is going to win. What about group C the group of death italy france dutch and romainia

I'm putting a tenner on Romania to win Group C.

Spain are my tip to win this time around also...it's long overdue, and I'm hoping this time they will come good. As for Romania...they have as much chance of getting out of that group as George Best being the next England manager!!

Spain always bottle it. They've had better teams in the past than they've got now and still got nowhere.

Germany will win it. I hope they don't, but they will anyway... and nobody has a chance against them if it goes to penalties.


Don't bet against Romania. The group of death always throws up a surprise or two (remember france 98 when Spain didn't get out of the group?)

Haha. Spain and Bulgaria (who were actually decent at the time) were favourites to get through the group... neither of them did.

Then at Japan/Korea 2002, Argentina didn't get out of the group of death. Portugal and France were also on the first plane home.

Italy didn't get through the group of death at Euro 96, England AND Germany were knocked out of the same group at Euro 2000, and Spain, Italy and Germany all didn't get past the group stage at Euro 2004.

You need to score to beat teams so i do not think Romania can be ruled out. It is a good team, better than in 98 so i think they may do it. Also, Italy is ever aging and they never begin a cup well so maybe Romania can grab a draw. Beat Holland and a draw with France will see them through.
