As i sit here long after i should be asleep im flicking through the tv channels and all there seems to be is call in quiz shows. ( you know the type, somebody rings in and pays £1 to guess what word the presenter is thinking of ). chances of getting through slim, chances of winning anorexic. people of the world should unite and stop ringing these long running con shows ( keep your money or give it to charity ). just think what quality tv we could have without these shows, i personally vote for repeats of the a team, da da da daaaaaa da da da.

Yeh that drives me mental, it's just so all the channels can get money for so many people trying and making profit.

I tend to either sleep at that time or have a DVD on.

I also totally agree.......late night tv is cramped with those quiz call shows....It does drive me mad

am abit of a vampire and i totally agree! i suppose it doesnt help when all the presenters are so annoying?

I find it absolutely astounding that people are so stupid as to fall for those things.

However they are obviously good financially. Extremely low budget and big turnover. I guess in todays day and ages of video on demand, portable devices and DVR's mean very few people who are up late actually watch whats on, and instead watch whats been recorded from before. I know i'm like that.

With the exception of the cillit bang adverts which always make me laugh i agree with u mate, lol.

BBCThree usually has some alright comedys on, usually have that on or a DVD.

But there on early lol, like 2 pints of lager and a packet of crisps?

bbc 3's been showing the episodes of 2 pints for a year!!

we have 3 of thos quiz shows that start at lik 12 and run till about 3-4 am its sad.

1 chanel 9 - Quizmania
2 chanel 10- hotdogs guess or somthign like that
3 chanel 7 - not even ging to go there
