Oh my!!
aflumpire...you must SURELY not know much about european nations since you have left out GERMANY and SPAIN from your list, not to mention the fact that you named 3 teams from the one group to qualify = / (england, croatia and ukraine). You also didnt include any teams from group 3 (czech republic, poland etc.). Bit of research needed I think

Out of England, Croatia and Ukraine will be tough...
If England get the correct manager in time they should breeze the group in my opinion...

and look at england last weekend. They didnt qualify for Euro 2008, Germany and Spain might have a bad run through qualification as well

Can't see China getting anywhere near the top 5 in Asia now Australia have moved to AFC.
Australia, Japan, S.Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Quatar, Uzbekistan, and maybe even Iraq all have stronger teams... and any of the first 7 I listed should breeze past New Zealand.
Look out for Syria and Turkmenistan as the potential surprise qualifiers from Asia.

...and here's my final 32:
UEFA
Portugal
Switzerland (will win the relatively weak group 2 ahead of Greece and Israel)
Czech Rep
Germany
Spain
England
France
Italy
Holland
Sweden
Poland
Croatia
Serbia
(the bottom 4 in this list might change depending on the play-off draw)
CONMEBOL
Argentina
Brazil
Paraguay
Columbia
Uruguay (will beat T&T in play-off)
CONCACAF
Mexico
USA
Honduras (my tip to be the surprise team to make the finals, but will almost certainly be in a group with Mexico, Jamaica and Canada after the 2 knockout rounds)
CAF
South Africa
Ivory Coast
Ghana
Egypt
Cameroon
Nigeria
AFC
Australia
Japan
South Korea
Saudi Arabia
Iran
(whichever team only gets to the AFC/OFC play-off should comfortably see off New Zealand)

I would still be looking out for Iraq. They have a few young players and they should start blooming soon.
Aisa will be very interesting and the 'Socceroos' (Australia) will really have to work hard now to get to the final stage. It used to be a breze in the OFC but now it's heads down butt up for us!
Im not much of a soccer fan but I do follow some of the international games and comps

Scotland have a pretty good group this time round, Holland will lose their key players by the time the qualification starts.
Norway are a team to look out for as well.

Sneijder, Schaars, van der Vaart, van Persie, Huntelaar, Emanuelson, Heitinga, Vlaar, Drenthe, Zuiverloon, Robben, De Jong, Allefay, Babel, Maduro, De Guzman, Aissati... they might not be as shabby as you think. They won't all be superstars by the time qualification starts, but I still expect them to win the group.
I agree with Norway.
