My friend is currently trying to get onto funkysnooker/pool, he has downloaded java. But when he tried to go onto the game, it said he needed to download java. I told him to install it again, yet it never worked. Can anybody help?

You need to make sure the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) is enabled in your browser. The link below has instructions on how to do it (it's pretty simple). That should fix it. If it doesn't, ask spinner.

Okay, I used to have a fairly similar issue on my desktop. Basically when i logged in where "Enter Game" should have been it was instead a link explaining my Java wasnt enabled... However, I knew full well that everything on my side was correct and noticed that if i clicked just under this "enable javascript" link it would just enter the game like normal.

Slightly confusing...

This one usually occurs when someone tries the game, finds the need java, download/install it, but still get the error page coming up.

Its simply because thats the page stored in your browser cache for that link. Clear the cache, and all should be fine

this happend to me when i first bought my pc.
