First of all I would like to say that this is probably the best online game I have ever played.

BUT! Where are all the updates?

v1.65 - 2006 Q4
- official leagues

v1.70 - 2007 Q1
- team match (play for club, country, clan)
- doubles matches
- US pool, add lag
- funkysnooker, add missing rules

v1.80 - 2007 Q1
- career based game
- speed clear up
- trick shots

If I'm going to be honest, I'm getting rather bored of doing the same thing over and over again, which is why I regularly pop over to snooker. Come on Nick, where are the updates?

Like I said, it's a brilliant game, but I'm getting more fun from another online game at the moment because this isn't being updated enough.

There have been many many many updates on the site, non of which fit in with nick's plans for when they will be done...its so he can suprise everyone

Nick isn't a machine you know, he's a busy guy takes time plus nothing needs updating yet anyway every things fine i think as it is

Patience! As _nick87_ quite correctly Nick is a busy guy, he's made a fantastic website so you should appreciate it
It's not an easy task making a website like this, I'm sure there are a few updates coming soon, if there isn't, who cares! It's a great site!

Lmao, everyone saying that I am wrong basically. THIRD TIME OF SAYING THIS: This is probably the best online game I have ever played. So I think you'll find I really appreciate what Nick has done, if I didn't why would I have spent loads of time since may '05 on here? All I'm saying is that I think its time for some updates. I'm probably only saying it because I went to Leicester for 3 months in May, and before then there were lots of updates and so I got used to it. Now that there isn't many anymore, it seems a bit strange.

I agree with this 100%. People rarely value voluntary efforts like this one nearly as much as it deserves.

The single thing I think is anywhere near qualifying as important is owner rank in the game selection window to avoid all the pop-in-pop-out all the time, other than that I see no change this game or site really needs.

Also its not easy bringing out new updates when they have to be tested 1st which takes awhile, things don't happen over night you know, you need to chill and enjoy whats available right now

Really Tourny, no need for a thread like this. Nick's worked hard to make this site as great as it is. Unfortunatly he doesn't have all the time in the world to concentrate on constantly updating this site. Although I do think the site is already so great.

I think everyone has had there say in this thread now, just have some patience mate nick is a very busy man and can't do everything at once, he has alot of other things to do aswell as updates too funkypool

Nick has worked very hard to make this site so great and if it wasn't for him we wouldn't be here, dont worry the updates will be coming, hes just very busy at the moment.
