One of the things i really like about Vista is Aero.
Whilst some might not find it useful i certainly do.
However, my main work machine is stuck on XP till we can get driver updates, so i hunted and found this little program : http://chime.tv/products/glass2k.shtml
Here's a screenshot, deliberately a link because its big.
Not just cool, but extremely useful!
