change abandond stat

i think nick should change the abandond stats (because we have the win & loss stats and dont really need it) to a finals made stats in each version, i think this would be way more useful than the abandond stat which is just taking up space, were as the finals made stat would show more useful info on peoples profiles, what you think ?

Yeah, Think that would be much better since I keep on losing in loads of finals,plus my computer has abondended heaps of games it wasnt actually me lol

Sorry have to disagree lads, what if some one has a high percentage of abandoning games,your on for a runout and they just bugga off mid game.
You would of known to be abit weary that they might clear off if the abandon stat was still there.
keep the abandon stat because it does come in handy.
Allthough do recall a previous thread mentioning roughly the same idea, And i wouldnt mind seeing 3 extra stats added, Quarters reached , Semi's reached, and Finals reached.
I believe tht some form of recongnition should be on the profile for working hard and getting to the Quarters , Semis, and Finals
But keep the abandon stat.

abandoned stats suck..
I don't abandon any games, If i do it's due to connection problems. If you stop responding and get logged out, i don't think it should count as an abandoned game, just a loss<_<

thats what happened to me yesterday, got thrown off while 1-0 up!! and it was classed as abandond, very annoying, should be removed, the wins/loses stats do the job when seeing how good they are, the finals made stats would be even more helpful

I agree with _psmon_ here.

that sounds very good, something just to show more information, and to give losing semi finalists and finalists a bit of consilation so other cans see how well theve done etc..

Yep, sounds great.
And even more importantly, we definitely need player rankings displayed in the game selection window (or even better, list the win rate and/or tourny count - both of which are way better indicators than the rank)

I think the abandoned stat is a waste of time, even if a run out was on for a win, a win is still a win, regardless of whether the person leaves the game or not. I would like to see this replaced, 1 I would like to see on 9 ball is number of games won by combo shots, with percentage too.

I like the quarters, semi s and finals reached stat. Cos for some unknown reason, I get to the quarters and then lose.....
Love to see the stat page as well, would make good viewing as I like to check peoples events as well as their stats.
So if the link was alongside, I think it would be great!!

Spot on there mate. I have never EVER abandoned a game, the computer disconnects me.
But back on the main topic, to be honest it can be used as an "additional stat" that has also been mentioned on these forums.
If this additional stats menu was made the abandoned games percent can be put there.
It's useful in its own way.

Well said _psmon_, I totally agree with your opinion, taking away the abandonned stats wouldn't be such a good idea
