Recently i have been thinking about tournaments and ideas to improve existing tournaments and ideas for new tournaments, and one idea sprung to my mind.

A Monthly tournament for each type of pool.

these tournaments will be played on the last day of the month. and to get entered into the tournaments you have to have won a tournament during the month.

for example - All people that have won a Uk 8 ball tournament from the 1st july - 30th July are automatically entered into the July Monthly Tournament on the 31st July.

the winners are then able to be shown on the Tournaments page for the next month, in a seperate spot at the top of the page preferably.

Please comment on any veiws on this.

Trying to have all of them on at the same time might be a bit difficult, seeing as the tournys are spread throughout the day, but otherwise I think it's a great idea

V. Good idea , so you saying they are automatically in, and then if there not online at the time the tourny starts they get DQ? Will have to be a set-time and notice of course so everyone gets a chance to get online.

there could be monthly prizes in there as well like unlockable stuff and ranking points e.t.c.

another problem is the tournament would be huge i think if a weekly one came in it would be good but if you think how many people there wll be just say that each tourny through the month was won by a diffrent person (very unlikely i know) that would mean 720 people in one tournament

Imagine if the tournament was the best of three like it usually is, the tournament would take a month nevermind a day!
