Forum tags are what format the text, insert images and link etc.
For example ;
{B}bold{/B}, {I}italic,{/I} and {B}{I}bold italics{/I}{/B}.
You have to use square brackets though, so it gives you ;
bold, italic, and <i>bold italics</i>.
I assume you ask regarding the about me section, well the easy way if you're not used to tags is to apply the formatting in a forum post box, the copy/pasteinto your profile.
