i was just wondering why is the 12 o'clock tourny fisrt to 3 and all the other's aren't and could it be changed to 2 wins like all the others because i think its a bit much 3 wins and it takes ages for each round to fininsh ®

i think it's a good tourney ben more chance of the better player winning and not loosing by flukes

that was just opinion m8, its a good point though its just boring waiting for rounds to finish®

i hate waitin 4 rounds to finish.
they should draw the whole tourny at start and when you both ready get an invite for next round.
obviously only after a certain time though as itd be a bit daft if u got to the final and there was still people playing round 2

There's actually a mixture on the 9ball tournies. The midnight, 6am and midday tournies are all race to 3, while 3am, 9am, 3pm and 9pm are race to 2. (the 6pm is speed).

I think it gives a bit of variety, and 9ball frames tend to be shorter than 8ball anyway.

I like the best of five tourneys but, as has been mentioned before, think that too much time is allotted to finish the games. I think it is 35 minutes or so at the moment. Invariably the matches finish within 20 minutes or so - even those that go to 3-2 - however sometimes you get glitches where people cant play properly for some reason and everyone has to wait the full allotted time before the next round can begin which is far too long. Perhaps the time limit could be reduced to 25 minutes at most placing the onus on the players to play a little faster as well or risk disqualification.

I would like to see all non speed 9 ball tournaments be played first to 3 and as columbia said in reduced time like 25 minutes.

The 12 o clock tournys had better not be removed like the pro table tournys! Best of 5 is a lot fairer in 9 ball than any other format because the games are so fast and anyone can win right up to the last shot.
