y is it that in the funkypool rules if u pot the black of the break u win the game. in the rules of pools if the black is potted of the break the game is restarted and no player gets the win.

y is it that the funkypool has differernt rules to the proper game of pool?

Spenny is correct, it has the feature of a 'golden break' although it is not in real life, it is here though hence the name funkypool

Calm down Kev (adidas), it's his first post, no need to be like that with him!

As for your question Christophert, the GB rule is in place to stop people doing touch brakes, so they are encouraged to break the pack up. Unfortunately there is no way (as far as i know) to make the game do a re-rack.

Also the majority of the users on this site like the GB, and also like Funkypool rules, remember that's what makes us all FUNKY!

EDIT: Welcome to the forum Christophert, just so you know we don't like 'txt spk' being used on the forums, if you could makes all future posts written in 'real' English it will make it easier for us all. Thanks!

It's his first post and you have to give the benifit of the doubt, i thought you was just grumpy through lack of sleep!?

It's hard searching the forums if you don't know what to look for!

Golden Breaks are common in 9-ball, but i've never known of them to be anything other than a loss or re-spot in any 8 ball game.

Where did you come across them?
