sack him and give it big sam (tho after last time i doubt hed want it)
or a manager who has actually done something
why is the england job seen as below managing man u or chelsea.
wenger, ferguson and mourinho would laugh at the fa if they came knocking.
Shows the state of english football

Thanks.
As for Mclaren, what's the point now? We're in too deep. I don't think Mclaren should be getting all the flack, i think the players hearts need looking at.
And if they put Mouronoi Mourinho 'the great one' in charge, whos head is bigger than any team, i'll perosnally go and tickle the whole of the FA till they cry!

Well, by looking at our team on paper - we should be achieving much better results than we have been, BUT - saying that the England job has been considered as 'the toughest job in football'.
Personally I thought the choice of Mclaren was bad. It was obvious he wouldnt change much as he was the right hand man of sven - and the only big change he did make (dropping becks)was a huge mistake - hence bringing him back.
The fact is they should of started fresh after sven - my vote was for big sam as he can clearly motivate his players alot more than Mclaren can.
