Just in case any of you wern't aware, you can now claim them back for a period of 6 years in England/Wales, and 5 years in scotland.

Its not hard to do, and the banks don't have any choice but to pay up.

There was even a ruling today where banks who had gone so far as insist people attend court, the banks must also pay them compensation of £100.

i just clamimed money back from my buisnees bank, they tried to charge me for something what was there fault. when i said i would take my buisness elsewhere they soon put the money back in my account
