Ive always used Bulent's Screen Recorder. Very simple and versatile, lets you record whole screen, window, or just a selected part of the screen.
Quite old now and i see the new version isn't free, but a google for it should throw up some old free versions too.
Not up to speed on the newer software as BSR has always done what i need.

when i use a screen recorder to record my funkypool game , the whole gameplay becomes slow .is it only for me or everyone.is there a way to improve it

yh same i use bulent's screen recorder i really does lag and it annoys me so i am going to look for a new software

You will be lucky to find anything smaller that bulent.
Remember to have plenty of free memory (both RAM and disk space) and if you're recording a long file making sure the disk is defragmented will help a lot.
At the end of the day you are going to need a beefy setup to record moving video whilst playing a game.
