Recent upgrades have been concentrated on improving the web side of funkypool (and funkysnooker).
Significant changes include:
1) Faster loading web pages
Web page loading times reduced by 25% on average (some pages like the tournament pages are more than 50% reduced)
2) Contact us improvements.
Often in the past we've had users claiming that we've not replied to their issue. This annoyed us considering we have laboriously replying to all the messages*!
Now, when you create a contact us you will receive a Ticket ID, and under this ID shows all the communication including the replies. If in future you claim not to have received a reply then give your original ticket ID. Saying you've forgotten the ID or your ID was eaten by your dog just wont cut it.
*We didn't reply to the abusive ones.
3) Improved complaint centre
When you click "Send Complaint" it's a lot easier for us to react. The complaint relies on the admin team, and we can often deal with it within an hour.

nice changes nick and i have a question when i click on my user name and click on the number of post is it a new feature showing what threads i have post on the forum ?
