can anyone please help me with my dsl. tech support seems to not have a clue and they think everything is ok from their simple line test i have everything set up perfect but, i keep loosing my dsl signal and my internet signal, but it keeps comming back, this would be less of a pain if i didnt lose it every 10 mins, there is only one provider where i live so switching isnt an option, and ive done everything this said to do and yet it still doesnt work. i even put a new phone like into my dsl modem. abd yet still nothing

this happened to me the other week, it will be the blue cable from your dsl to usb port, get a new one for cheap, maybe ebay

well, i think i had/have some sort of virus that my isp virus protection wasnt picking up. some1 on this site recommended me asvast i dl it and ran a boot scan and had alot of trogens and crap like that.. umm i deleted what i could and put the rest in quarantine and my internet sseems to be acting a bit better but idk time will tell, but i think a virus was teh root of this.. is that possible??? if so please explain/help *cough* spinner lol

umm well its doing it again , and my comp restarted and said.... could not restart windows because of change to system.. wtf grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
