i did use contact us.. noone replied! ive been saying it for the last 2 months, almost daily. hence the 5 months thing. this is the only way they'l ever reply

You were NOT banned for a random reason, no one is. You are clear proof that a banning expires after 3 months, but also, sadly, heading towards being proof that 3 months isn't enough.
