On 9 ball if you break and clear up i think it should say, "ste_2oo7 broke and cleared up" instead of ran the rack, any feedback?

yeah there is somewhere floating around. and i thought it already says " broke and cleared up ".

in 9ball i would say 90% ( just a guess ) of the people dont break and clear up and get there runout's through combo's so i think ran the rack would seem best fit

In real life you call it a "break and run" therefore ran the rack is correct.

Another point - who honestly gives a toss if someone has done it by combo or by clearing all the balls? Not me for starters! The main thing is you win the rack without your opponent getting a shot.
