If screen resolution is a key factor in why people don't play the pro games then surely with time and how prices come down over time this issue will decrease?

You can get decent flat-screens these days for well under £100 at PC World for example...

Unfortunatley I dont have a hundred quid to spend on a flat screen with better resolution just to play to be fair an online simulated game!

you shouldnt have to pay 100 quid to play a free online game if people arent happy with it or even dont have the correct resources then you either or resolve it or find something else to do but you shouldnt have to pay to play a free online game

It's not about having to pay £100 to play funkypool! It's a choice if you want to get a flat screen monitor or not.

All I'm saying is there must be a lot of monitors out there which are old and have a resolution setting of 800x600 (which is rubbish these days) and which and take up a lot of space, and when you consider the price of flat screens now you don't have to be a genius to realise that they are replacing old monitors all over the place.

You could pick up a used monitor which can cope with the pro tables for a tenner on ebay anyway.

I play on an old monitor and resolution isnt a problem for me

Infact i am trying to play the pro games the others are 2 easy but no one will play me because of the newbie tag :(
