There is a problem with one of the 9 ball tournaments that I think we all know.
One of the 9 ball tournaments (at 6PM australian time or approx 11am GMT), is only to 2 wins, not the 3 wins like in most 9 ball tournaments.
I know that this tournament was a 9 ball 'pro' and it was only two but I think that we need consistancy and make this tournament to 3 wins with the final to 4.

It is at 6PM Australian Time
Yes, they are to 3 wins as someone said but this 9 ball tournamnet is to 2 wins and it is NOT 'pro'
Now do u know what I mean??

OK, you guys still do not get it.
What I am saying is that this tournament USED TO BE a 9 ball 'pro' tournamnet and nick has now made it just 9 ball (arcade style).
When he changed it over, he did not make it a race to 3 wins, he kept it at 2 wins.
Time Zone Conversion:
6PM in Brisbane Australia (which is just about where I live)
=
8AM GMT.
SO it must be the 8AM 9 ball tournament in England that is only to two wins, not 3 like all the other ones.

OK, enough with the time issue, can we get back to the point??
20:15 Sun 15 Apr 07 (BST) [Link]
that is the point... the reason the 6pm tourny games wasnt race to 2 wins because of the time change lol

9ball scheduling (GMT) is as follows:
0000 9ball (race to 3)
0300 Pro (race to 2)
0600 9ball (race to 3)
0900 9ball (race to 2) *6pm Aus
1200 9ball (race to 3)
1500 Pro (race to 2)
1800 9ball speed
2100 9ball (race to 2)
When the new 9ball was introduced, the tournies were all race-to-3, and the pro tournies remained race-to-2.
The 0900 and 2100 (your 6pm & 6am) 9ball tournaments were converted from pro to new 9ball at a later date, but remained as race-to-2 tournies, causing the discrepancy that you mention.
I personally don't have a problem with the fact that two tournies are quicker than the rest (excluding the speed-tourny), as I like some variation in the tournies, but I can see your point.
